Local & Nationwide Delivery
At Send With Love, we carefully hand-deliver and ship our floral arrangements to ensure they arrive fresh, beautiful, and made with love. Please read the following information regarding our delivery services.
1. Delivery Areas
Send With Love delivers across the North and South Islands of New Zealand.
🚫 Rural addresses are not serviced.
If a rural address is entered at checkout, the order will be cancelled and the payment refunded immediately.
2. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary based on location and will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
3. Delivery Days & Timeframes

Same-day delivery is not available

Orders must be placed in advance, with a delivery date selected at checkout

Deliveries are made during standard delivery hours

While we aim to deliver on your selected date, specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed
4. Order Cut-Offs
Orders must be placed before the stated cut-off time for your selected delivery date. Orders placed after the cut-off will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
5. Delivery Details & Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout, including:

Any access instructions (e.g. apartments, gated properties)
Send With Love is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information. If redelivery is required due to incorrect details, additional delivery fees may apply.
6. Authority to Leave (ATL)
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, flowers may be left in a safe place at the driver’s discretion unless otherwise instructed. Once the order has been delivered, Send With Love is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
7. Recipient Unavailable
If no safe location is available and the recipient cannot be contacted, we may:

Leave the flowers with a neighbour or building reception, or

Return the flowers for redelivery (additional charges may apply)
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, refunds are not provided for unsuccessful deliveries.
8. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
Extreme weather conditions, traffic delays, or unforeseen events may impact delivery times. In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to deliver your order as close as possible to the requested date.
9. Peak Periods
During high-volume periods such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and public holidays, delivery demand may be higher and timeframes may vary.
