Welcome to Send With Love, we’re so glad you’re here. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of this website, including the purchase of all flowers, gifts, and related products from Send With Love. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Currency and Pricing

All prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders, Shipping and Delivery

Send With Love delivers flowers and gifts within selected delivery areas in New Zealand. Delivery fees and availability are displayed at checkout and/or outlined on our delivery information pages.

While we do our best to meet requested delivery dates and times, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Floral Substitutions

Due to seasonal availability and flower supply, substitutions may occasionally be required. Any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value and in a similar colour palette and style to ensure your arrangement is created with the same care and quality. 

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear details and photos where applicable.

Where it is reasonable to do so, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement, redelivery, or refund at our discretion.

5. Returns & Refunds

Flower Condition & Claims

All bouquets are carefully inspected before they leave our care to ensure they meet our quality standards.

Once flowers have been collected by the customer or delivered to the nominated recipient, responsibility for their condition transfers to the customer. We cannot accept responsibility for any damage, deterioration, or issues that occur after the flowers have left our possession due to factors outside of our control.

If you have any concerns regarding the quality or condition of your flowers, these must be reported immediately upon collection for pickup orders, or within 2 hours of delivery for delivered orders. Claims made after these timeframes may not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit, as we are unable to verify how the flowers have been stored or handled after they have left our care.

6. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If goods supplied by Send With Love are faulty, not of acceptable quality, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with the Act.

7. Website Use & Copyright

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Sent With Love and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or exploit any content from this website without prior written consent from Send With Love.

8. Security & Payments

All payments made through our website are processed via secure payment gateways using industry-standard encryption. Send With Love does not store full payment card details.

9. Promotions & Offers

From time to time, Send With Love may offer promotions, discount codes, or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Offers are valid for a limited time only

  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion

  • Offers are non-transferable and have no cash alternative

  • Send With Love reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time
