1. Currency and Pricing
All prices displayed on this website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZ$) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) at 15%, unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Orders, Shipping and Delivery
Sent With Love delivers flowers and gifts within selected delivery areas in New Zealand. Delivery fees and availability are displayed at checkout and/or outlined on our delivery information pages.
While we do our best to meet requested delivery dates and times, delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including weather conditions, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Floral Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability and flower supply, substitutions may occasionally be required. Any substitutions will be made with flowers of equal or greater value and in a similar colour palette and style to ensure your arrangement is created with the same care and quality.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear details and photos where applicable.
Where it is reasonable to do so, we will work with you to provide a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement, redelivery, or refund at our discretion.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all returns and refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Any concerns regarding fresh flowers must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Flowers must have been cared for in accordance with the care instructions provided.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge only if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.

Once flowers have been arranged or are out for delivery, cancellations and refunds are not available for perishable items.

Non-perishable products may be eligible for a refund if returned unused and in resalable condition.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only.
6. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If goods supplied by Sent With Love are faulty, not of acceptable quality, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with the Act.
7. Website Use & Copyright
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Sent With Love and is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or exploit any content from this website without prior written consent from Send With Love.
8. Security & Payments
All payments made through our website are processed via secure payment gateways using industry-standard encryption. Sent With Love does not store full payment card details.
